Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all transactions made through the Livyo platform (website and mobile application). Please read this policy carefully before making any payments.

2. Rent Payments

Livyo acts solely as a payment facilitator between the Tenant and the Property Owner. Rent payments made through our platform are final and non-refundable by Livyo.

  • If a rent payment is made in error, or if you believe you have been overcharged, you must contact your Property Owner directly to resolve the issue.
  • If a transaction fails but money is deducted from your account, it will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay).

3. Subscription Fees (Owners)

While Livyo is currently free, any future premium subscription plans will be subject to the following terms:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

4. Security Deposits

Security deposit collection and refund is strictly between the Tenant and the Property Owner. Livyo provides tools to track these amounts but holds no responsibility for the actual refund of security deposits at the end of a tenancy.

5. Disputed Transactions

If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your account, please contact us immediately at roompe.rent@gmail.com with the transaction details. We will work with our payment gateway partner to investigate the issue.
